Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the ColoringBook mobile application (the "Service") operated by RigelApps ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ColoringBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ColoringBook is a mobile application that allows users to:

Upload photos and images
Convert images into coloring page style line drawings using AI
Organize coloring pages into projects
Export coloring pages as PDF files

3. User Account

ColoringBook uses anonymous authentication. When you first use the app, an anonymous account is automatically created for you. This account is used to store your projects and settings. If you uninstall the app or clear app data, your anonymous account and all associated data may be lost.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload to ColoringBook. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your images for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Contains malware or malicious code
Violates any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We do not review or monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by RigelApps and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGELAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RigelApps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
