This Data Policy explains how ColoringBook collects, stores, and manages your data, including how long we retain your images and information.
What Data We Store
We use anonymous authentication. We do not collect or store personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or physical address.

Data Retention Periods

Important: If you uninstall the app without backing up your data, you may lose access to your anonymous account. We recommend exporting important coloring pages as PDFs before uninstalling.
Image Processing
How Your Images Are Processed
- Upload: When you upload an image, it is securely transferred to our servers using HTTPS encryption.
- Storage: The original image is stored in Firebase Cloud Storage, encrypted at rest.
- AI Processing: The image is sent to Google's Gemini AI service to generate a coloring page version.
- Result Storage: The generated coloring page is stored alongside your original image.
- Access: Only you (via your anonymous account) can access your images.
AI Processing Details
We use Google's Gemini AI to convert your photos into coloring pages. During this process:
- Your image is sent to Google's AI servers for processing
- Google may temporarily cache the image for processing purposes
- Google's AI does not retain your images after processing
- The processing is subject to Google's AI terms and privacy policies
Your Data Rights
Access Your Data
You can view all your projects and images within the ColoringBook app at any time.
Export Your Data
You can export your coloring pages as PDF files using the app's export feature. This allows you to keep a local copy of your work.
Delete Your Data
You have the following deletion options:
- Delete individual pages: Remove specific images from a project within the app
- Delete projects: Remove entire projects and all associated images
- Delete all data: Contact us to request complete account and data deletion
Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of all your data, please contact us at support@rigelapps.com with your request. Include your approximate account creation date to help us locate your data.
Data Security
We implement the following security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transfers use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Encryption at Rest: Stored data is encrypted using AES-256
- Access Controls: Only authenticated users can access their own data
- Secure Infrastructure: We use Google Cloud Platform's enterprise-grade security
- Regular Security Updates: Our systems are regularly updated and patched
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Data Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
